The mission of the Doris Duke Charitable Foundation is to improve the quality of people’s lives through grants supporting the performing arts, environmental conservation, medical research and the prevention of child abuse, and through preservation of the cultural and environmental legacy of Doris Duke’s properties.

With more than a dozen performance and nonperformance majors, a diverse and talented student body representing more than 70 countries, and a music industry “who’s who” of alumni, Berklee is the world’s premier learning labs for music.

There’s no such thing as a typical Berklee student. There are students who were playing instruments as toddlers, and those who studied music later in life. While there are similarities among students, each has taken a unique path to our summer programs. What will yours be?
